For homeowners' associations (VvEs), there are two possibilities under the ERE scheme. Which one applies depends on who holds the grid connection, in other words what the charging station is connected to:

1.) the central grid connection of the VvE, or

2.) the resident's own grid connection in their home.

If the charging station is connected to the central grid connection, the VvE is entitled to the ERE income. With option 2, a connection to the resident's own grid connection, the resident is entitled to the income from the ERE scheme.
