For the ERE scheme for homeowners' associations (VvEs) there are 2 options, and it depends on who holds the grid connection / what the charging station is connected to?

1.) The central grid connection of the VvE or

2.) The resident's own grid connection in their home? 

If the charging station is connected to the central grid connection, the VvE is entitled to the ERE income. If it is option 2, connected to the resident's own grid connection, the resident is entitled to the income from the ERE scheme.
