How do ERE certificates and the payment work for VvEs and their residents who have a charging station?

How do ERE certificates and the payment work for VvEs and their residents who have a charging station?

The ERE payment goes to the holder of the EAN connection. If the charging stations are on the central connection of the building, that is the VvE.

What does this mean for the VvE?
The VvE receives the proceeds and decides how they are distributed among the residents. So this is a decision for the VvE, not for Fluctis.

How does the board know who charged how much?
If there are several charging points on one connection, we report the proceeds per charging point. This lets the board settle the payment one-to-one with the residents who charge, without having to do the calculations themselves.

What if the charging station is on its own connection?
Then the resident is the connection holder and the payment goes directly to the resident. See Can I register ERE certificates as a resident if my charging station is on the VvE's connection?
