The holder of the EAN grid connection must register and receives the proceeds (the connection holder). Who is ultimately entitled to the proceeds depends on who pays the energy costs and on the agreements made. Registration must always take place through the EAN holder. Ultimately it comes down to clear agreements between parties such as tenant and landlord, or between the homeowners' association (VvE) and resident.
