Yes. As soon as you are no longer the owner of the EAN grid connection, we can no longer provide the service. If you move house, the service can potentially continue on a new EAN grid connection. Please note: under the NEA rules, you may only be registered with one ERE booking service provider at a time. If you cancel during the year, you cannot register with another party again. Cancellation is only possible in writing, by emailing support@fluctis.energy.
