This has not yet been clearly laid down. At present the EAN owner / the connection holder receives the proceeds, but agreements between employer and employee are expected to become possible. Our advice at this time is to make clear agreements with your employee about who is entitled to the proceeds. You may also wish to check this with a tax adviser.
